Eubiosys Catalyst Level Number (CLN) Structure
Each Eubiosys Catalyst practitioner progresses from Level 1 (beginner) to Level 5 (highest). Your CLN is determined through an interview and evaluation. With a verified CLN, you can mentor other practitioners at equal or lower levels, while advancing your own.
Catalyst Level 5 (CLN5)
- Apex of the CLN system.
- Each CLN5 practitioner can mentor 12 direct CLN4 practitioners.
- Through cascading mentorship, each CLN5 can indirectly reach a large network of lower CLN practitioners.
Catalyst Level 4 (CLN4)
- Each CLN4 practitioner can mentor 12 direct CLN3 practitioners.
- Builds advanced leadership skills and contributes to CLN5 initiatives.
Catalyst Level 3 (CLN3)
- Each CLN3 practitioner can mentor 12 direct CLN2 practitioners.
- Acts as a bridge between foundational and advanced practices.
Catalyst Level 2 (CLN2)
- Each CLN2 practitioner can mentor 12 direct CLN1 practitioners.
- Focuses on developing beginner practitioners into skilled, competent catalysts.
Catalyst Level 1 (CLN1)
Learn foundational Eubiosys Catalyst practices before progressing. Entry level works under the direct guidance of a CLN2 practitioner.
